CFO2GO - Accountants making a difference by being different.
About you.
You are here as an SME company or a start-up business and, because you’re focussing on your business, making it work, finding customers, selling your product and trying to keep far too many balls in the air, you don’t have enough time, energy, skills or even inclination to look after the numbers, the finance and the money.
You probably have a good bookkeeper or an accountant who keeps the records up to date, submits the VAT return and gives you ‘management information’ you may not have time to read or want to try to understand. The bookkeeper or accountant charges you by the hour and you are reluctant to spend more money on a service you feel you have to have and do not value; it adds very little to what you’re trying to achieve.
Do not despair.
“While you run the business, we look after the numbers.”
— PETER ROLLISON
About us.
We bridge that gap. While you run the business, we look after the numbers, explain what they mean, not only in terms of the now but also the future, how they affect your business and your goals, what you need to do to stay on track, all for an agreed fee, guaranteed to deliver value to you and your business.
Our approach, our methodology, is to be part of your business as your part-time finance director, sitting on your side of the desk, sharing the bad times as well as the good times, helping to guide you on your journey.
We do not under-estimate the challenge, we’ve been there many times, we have seen it in many businesses across many different industries and sectors, from start-up to multi-million pound organisations. We have a good idea of what works and what doesn’t but at the same time we realise that every business is different, with its own unique set of challenges; we understand that business is about people, product and personalities not just finance and numbers.
There are very few situations we haven’t experienced in 35 years of involvement in accountancy, be they start-ups, recessions, high interest rates, low interest rates, boom and bust, changes in bank lending policies, from engineering to digital, from hard copy to soft copy, from floppy disk to the cloud, we’ve been there.
Now we want to bring that experience to you and our service is risk-free and guaranteed, so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Disclaimer: We don’t have all the answers nor any magic wands; we’re not magicians, just hard-working people, like you.
